Made to Order Software offers the Fax Now Online Client package written in PHP to directly access its Fax Now Online system.
This client code can be used to quickly create a fax object and send data to Fax Now Online exactly as expected by the fax server. The PHP code generates a multi-part POST and sends that directly to the server. Note that we decided to send the multi-part directly in PHP as curl does not properly support that format well.

We currently offer a single plan that gives you the best of both world. The plan gives you access to Fax Now Online Browser and Fax Now Online Server. The following gives you a list of the features offered with your Fax Now Online Plan.

Our affiliate programs pays you 50% of the monthly fee paid by all the customers you bring in. Since it is a monthly fee, as long as the customers you brought it are with us, you get paid. This means $5/mo/customer. Are you up for it? Think about it, that's an easy sale, it's only $5/mo. for the customers! And I can tell you that there are still many people who have the need of sending faxes, all the time.
The Fax Now Online system works with an API.
All API accesses will always occur on our HTTPS stream (port 443.) All connections must be secure. If you attempt to log in with an HTTP address (port 80,) the system will refuse the connection. If necessary, change your code to make the connection on the secure port.
All our code samples include the necessary options to avoid any redirection and any non-secure connection. You should follow the same rules in your code.

Fax Now Online accepts many different file formats to make it as flexible as possible for you to send a fax. The list below gives you an idea of all the file formats that currently work on our Fax server.
We accept text files. The system transforms text files by wrapping lines that are too long. Text files work best since they are very small and are transferred quickly between servers. However, it doesn't change the time it takes to send the actual fax.

Fax Now Online has the capability to save your fax content on our fax servers for a small period of time. This allows you to re-fax that content to the same or a different destination and to look at what was previously sent.
An obvious problem with archiving your fax content is that it will be available to a potential hacker to look at. We do use all the necessary technology to protect your data on our server as if it were your credit card information (we have put in place the same type of restrictions.) Fax Now Online can be used to send faxes anywhere in the US directly from your browser. When you are logged in your Fax Now Online account (on the corporate website of Made to Order Software,) you have access to a form that lets you enter information about your fax.
By default, the system does not send a fax cover because most people have a standard format for their fax cover and that special cover will be included in the fax as it is the first page of the document being faxed.
